Susan Spiller-Jewelry Jewelry has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I collect, make jewelry and its components. I studied art and jewelry at UW-Madison, taken many jewelry classes at local colleges, and received my Gemologist Degree from the Gemological Institute of America in California. I have worked most of my career in the jewelry industry. I have worked with many mediums such as sterling silver, gold, colored gems, aluminum, clay and glass. I have always had an obsession with beads, so in the last 5 years I have been exploring methods of making my own. I have created my own lampoworked, clay, peyote stitched, wire, and cluster beads. I incorporate many of my own beads to create colorful and textural one of a kind jewelry designs.My jewelry is easy to wear, fun and rather whimsical.
